In-house FDM printing on a Bambu Lab setup for fast iteration. Trusted supplier partners for SLA, CNC, injection moulding and metal fabrication when production-grade prototypes are required.
Some projects end at hero imagery. Others need to be held, tested, shown to investors in person, exhibited at trade shows, or handed to a manufacturing partner for tooling. For these, prototyping is the bridge between the digital model and the physical object.
The studio runs an in-house Bambu Lab FDM setup for fast turnaround mock-ups, ergonomic studies, and design verification — typically within 24-48 hours of file lock. For larger, more demanding pieces, we work with a vetted network of supplier partners across Europe covering SLA, CNC machining, injection moulding, and metal fabrication.
Whatever the route, the deliverable is a tangible object that matches the CAD model — and the photographic documentation to prove it.
We pick the right route per project — speed for design verification, fidelity for client deliverables.
Every prototype project closes with the object itself, photographed under studio lighting for documentation. Plus the source files, fabrication notes, supplier contacts, and tolerance/finish specifications.
The object — physical prototype, finished and ready for use.
Photographic documentation — multiple angles, scale references, and detail shots, in resolutions suitable for press, investor materials, and trade-show panels.
Fabrication package — STL/STEP files used, supplier brief, tolerance spec, and finishing notes — so subsequent runs can be reproduced or scaled.
