Step 01 · Brief & Alignment

Map the project. Then build it.

Every project begins with two weeks of structured listening — your audience, your constraints, your real ambition. We capture it in writing before we sketch anything.

Stage 01 · Setting the foundation

Every project begins with understanding — not assumption.

Before a single sketch is drawn or a 3D model is built, we sit down — in person or by video — and map out what you actually need. Audience, ambition, constraints, regulatory environment, manufacturing partners, brand language. The questions we ask early are the ones that prevent rework later.

The goal of this stage is a signed scope of work that protects both sides: defined deliverables, milestones tied to dates, payment terms agreed in writing, and a clear escalation path when something inevitably needs to flex.
