A larger solar-assisted yacht concept — a long, low superstructure over a sharp plumb bow, with a deployable solar array that lifts above the deck to harvest the sun. The big sister to the studio’s marine work.
Pistaccio takes the calm, single-surface language of the studio’s smaller dayboat and stretches it into a full yacht. The superstructure runs long and low, the glasshouse wraps almost uninterrupted, and the dark hull is split from the topsides by one clean character line that carries the whole length.
Aft, a bank of solar wings folds up off the deck — a working surface that doubles as the boat’s most distinctive silhouette when raised.
A personal IDMR concept, taken from surfacing through to final imagery in-house.
Hull and superstructure were modelled in Rhinoceros, refining the surfaces until the reflections ran clean down the length of the topsides. Imagery was produced in Light Tracer, then finished as a Photoshop photomontage — placing the yacht into sea and sky and balancing the light.
