An autonomous delivery drone concept developed for ICAO — a hybrid VTOL and fixed-wing cargo UAV designed to carry medical and humanitarian payloads into places conventional logistics can't reach.
Condor is an uncrewed delivery aircraft developed within ICAO's advanced-mobility work. It pairs four lift rotors with a fixed wing and a pusher prop — vertical take-off from anywhere, then efficient winged cruise — so it can serve dense informal cities and remote islands alike, without infrastructure on the ground.
The brief was logistics with a humanitarian edge: carrying medical supplies and emergency payloads over terrain that blocks road delivery. Shown here in the AMBULAR medical livery over Rio, and as a clean platform across remote coast and open water.
It sits alongside IDMR's other ICAO programme work — see also Ambular and Eagle.
